/24-7PressRelease/ -- International football will return to the Aviva Stadium in Dublin on Wednesday February 29th, when the Republic of Ireland take on the Czech Republic.
The friendly match is due to kick off at 19:45 local time and should benefit from a celebratory atmosphere, as Ireland have qualified for this summer's Euro 2012 tournament in Poland and Ukraine.
Manager Giovanni Trapattoni is therefore expected to use the game as preparation for the championships by fielding a strong side in the Irish capital.
With exciting players like Robbie Keane, Damien Duff, Shay Given and Aiden McGeady in the squad, the Italian coach has plenty of talent at his disposal to keep Ireland fans satisfied.
However, the Czech squad boasts its own fair share of famous names, with players such as Chelsea's Petr Cech and Tomas Rosicky of Arsenal likely to feature in Dublin.
The Football Association of Ireland recently announced special discounted rates for the match, with adult tickets available from EUR20 (GBP16.60) and children paying just EUR10.
