/24-7PressRelease/ -- US rapper Talib Kweli is heading to Berlin for a live performance in early March.
The New York-based performer, who is known for his highly eloquent and socially-conscious lyrics, will appear at the city's Postbahnhof am Ostbahnhof venue on Sunday March 4th.
Kweli has a wealth of material in his back catalogue and is currently preparing a new album.
Some of his best-known songs have been recorded alongside fellow Brooklyn native Mos Def, with whom he formed the duo Black Star in 1997.
The 36-year-old has also worked with acclaimed producers such as Hi-Tek, Madlib, Pete Rock, Just Blaze and Kanye West, who helped to create his 2003 solo hit Get By.
In recent years the rapper has been hard at work building up a roster of artists for his own record label, Blacksmith Music.
Tickets to see Kweli on stage in the German capital can be purchased online, priced at EUR31.75 (GBP26.60) plus booking fee. The show is due to begin at 21:00 local time.
