Laura Fay Promoted to Chief Executive Officer of HAPPYneuron
Former Chief Operating Officer takes on new roll as CEO

Fay's role of CEO is effective immediately.

Fay is a seasoned executive with more than twenty years experience in servicing customers, driving growth and bringing new products to market. Teaming up with HAPPYneuron in July 2007, Fay has served as COO and has been an essential part of the HAPPYneuron introduction to the U.S. market. As CEO, she will be leading a team of people in strategic direction, sales and operations for HAPPYneuron.

Prior to joining HAPPYneuron, Fay served a broad range of customers through the development of a wide variety of enterprise, on-demand, wireless and data commutations products for large enterprises such as E*Trade Financial, Lotus Development Corporation and IBM. In addition, she worked with early stage companies such as Scalix (founding executive), ISOCOR, Peerless Systems and Retix (co-founder).

Fay received her Bachelor's degree with honors in Computer Science from Trinity College, Dublin University, Ireland, and her MBA from Santa Clara University, California. She currently resides in Los Altos, CA with her husband and two sons.
