Ms. Kaldor has 25 years of experience in aged care and 10 years of experience as a consultant. With an impressive professional history dating back nearly three decades, Ms. Kaldor often serves as a staff trainer in aged care facilities. She teaches staff how to develop crafting and reminiscing programs or games for the elderly. Intelligent and creative, she has also developed guides for planning and documenting suitable leisure activities for clients in residential or day care facilities. She holds a Diploma in leisure and health for aged care and a workplace trainer certification IV. Understanding the importance of industry connections and collaboration, Ms. Kaldor is also an affiliate of Diversional Therapy Australia and a member of Alzheimer's Australia.

Rewarded by the response she receives from the elderly, who experience elevated moods as a result of her therapy techniques, Ms. Kaldor largely attributes her success to her husband, Stephen. A talented artist, he has illustrated all of Ms. Kaldor's published works and served as her main editor. She also feels her achievements have been largely driven by her love for, and support from, her three children and 13 grandchildren.
