The first official employee of Gutenberg Communications, Lavanya has helped drive the company's phenomenal growth over the last five years. Now a director of client services, she has successfully created and managed several global public relations campaigns for a diverse portfolio of companies; this includes leading IT services multinationals with $5 billion in revenue, entrepreneurial health care product organizations and renowned academic institutions.
In addition to her achievements in client servicing, Lavanya has shaped internal and new business processes, as well as training and development best practices. She launched the firm's London office in 2007 and helped staff its locations in Bangalore and Mumbai.
