/24-7PressRelease/ -- LCR Electronics, a leading manufacturer of EMI filters, electronic controls, subsystem enclosures and backplanes as well as related electronic components for use throughout commercial, military and industrial applications, announced today that Eric Kessler has been hired as director of commercial sales. The new position was created in response to the company's growing customer base in this distinct market segment.
Kessler will focus on customer support, strengthening relationships worldwide, as well as managing all commercial sales activities for the company. He will spend time onsite with customers as well as with LCR sales personnel and manufacturers' representatives to ensure that LCR's commitment to quality service is being properly maintained. As director, Kessler will also identify additional commercial markets that could benefit from LCR's technologies and advanced customization techniques.
Kessler has over twenty years of management experience in sales and marketing throughout a number of global industrial and commercial market segments. He has developed and implemented numerous marketing and sales programs geared towards bringing existing technologies into newer markets.

Kessler's sales and management experience includes his most recent position as an eastern region sales manager in the industrial steam generation market and as vice president of sales for two international food processing and packaging corporations, one of which promoted him to general manager, overseeing all company functions including manufacturing, engineering and sales.
He holds a BA in International Affairs with a business concentration and an MBA in International Business from Xavier University. During his work in industrial steam generation, he authored several published papers and spoke at a number of industry conferences.
