Apart from the standard legal networking and business opportunities exchange, this latest annual conference also offered its members a bird eye¡¯s view on the legal framework to doing business in China and an overview on the increasing popular Chinese intellectual property law, with emphasis on the protection and enforcement fronts, a timely topic considering China just had its latest patent law come into force in early October.
