"We were gathering all of the sales data for our year end accounts and commenting on how good things were looking," said Simon Joyce, Sales Director for Anchor Vans, "then we realised that March was our most successful sales month ever. We knew we'd all been working hard, but didn't realise we'd broken our monthly sales record since we started trading over twenty years ago!"
When asked why sales of used vans have been so high recently, Simon replied; "There is always a flurry of commercial vehicle sales towards the end of the tax year, but still, that alone doesn't account for these figures. I think it's actually a combination of factors; one is that small businesses which are dependent on commercial vehicles are coming to us because they know we offer great value and great service. Secondly, we've been working incredibly hard to expand our range of used vans and thirdly, we've done all we can to make sure people can find us when they are looking for a van, regardless of where they live."
