Based in the homebuilder's Raleigh Division office, Raynes will be responsible for legal and operations support for Lennar Divisions in the Southeastern and Mid-Atlantic States.
Raynes comes to Lennar from Centex Homes where he served as Regional General Counsel focusing on land acquisition and claims management matters for ten years. Prior to Centex, Raynes was a partner in a Charlotte-based law firm providing services for national and local developers and homebuilders.

"His strong qualifications and vast experience regarding legal matters in the homebuilding industry make him an invaluable addition to our management team as we continue to expand our presence in this region."
Raynes attended the University of North Carolina and received his law degree from UCLA.
He currently resides in Chapel Hill with his wife, Dorothy, an Operations Manager with IBM.
