Responsible for overseeing operations, he excels in offering mortgage loans, lending on commercial and residential properties, and acquiring land. Prior to establishing his own company, he worked as a mortgage broker. He considers making a $1 million profit at the age of 24 to be his proudest professional accomplishment, and attributes his success to his hard work and dedication.

A product of Arizona State University, Mr. Zuniga earned his Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Marketing in 2002.
