Leonardo DiCaprio's Trainer Reveals Budget-Friendly Ways to get a Body Like a Celebrity

Chin puts together a series of strategies for adding exercise to daily life and for working out at home or the office. He outlines a number of different ways to "sneak" exercise into your daily life. "Rather than just sitting in traffic on your daily commute, try doing some isometric (static) exercises," Chin says. "Sit up straight in a normal driving position. Breathe in deeply into your lower abdomen. Now instead of exhaling, push the air up to your chest, filling your upper lungs and slowly, exhale. You will feel your posture improve and get a big rush of energy doing this exercise."

He also outlines great ways for train and bus commuters to burn calories and build muscle while commuting, "Stand whenever you're traveling, hold the handrail with one hand, and slightly lift a foot off the floor. Switch arms and feet with each station or bus stop. This challenges your core balancing muscles, legs, and arms."

Chin doesn't stop there, "Rather than taking escalators or elevators, take the stairs more frequently or whenever possible and use your legs with each step by taking two steps at a time."

If you think you're too busy to workout because you need to clean your house or apartment, think again. Chin has developed a full workout that can be done while cleaning. "Household chores can be a great way to burn calories," he says. "Vacuuming is great exercise, especially if you make a conscious effort to concentrate on contracting your chest and muscles at the back of the arms as you push out and then focusing on your upper back and biceps as you pull the vacuum backwards."

The book becomes readers' constant companion, helping them determine their body type, heart rate, and Body Mass Index in addition to helping them devise the appropriate exercise regimen and track their progress. All the exercises are fully illustrated and explained in easy-to-follow steps.
