Les Michalik Recognized by Worldwide Who's Who for Excellence in Project Execution

Mr. Michalik has 40 years of professional experience and one year of experience as the project director for World Titanium Resources. Throughout his career, he has honed his project execution skills and has gained in-depth business knowledge in setting up EPCM and EPC contracts internationally and domestically. He is conducting sub-contractor due diligence and direct hire. Although the bulk of his experience is dealing with the mining and mineral industry, such as coal, copper, gold, zink, nickel and cobalt in Australia and Africa, Mr. Michalik is also involved in construction management of waste treatment plants based in UK.

As the project director for World Titanium Resources, he is responsible for assisting clients with the most cost effective project development and execution. World Titanium Resources is an ilmenite, zircon and rutile producer that provides mining and mineral Processing. Prior to joining World Titanium Resources, Mr. Michalik worked for in a variety of managerial positions with Minara Resources, Amec GRD Minproc, Arccon Mining Services, SNC Lavalin- Madagascar Division, and Bateman Engineering Pty Ltd.

With a proven track record in tackling complex project issues in difficult environments from Madagascar to Russia as well as EU, Mr. Michalik attributes his success to his strong commitment to meeting deadlines, ability to work within his clients' budgets and time frame, and being a highly motivated leader in an international context.

He earned his MBA in Technology Management from Australian Association of Professional Engineers, Scientists and Managers, is an associate fellow of Australian Institute of Management.

He has recently completed a International Directors Course and became a graduate of Australian Institute of Company Directors. This particular qualification has prepared him to join a modern board of directors within Australian or International listed companies.
