With an impressive 12 years of experience, Ms. Allan has developed expertise in leadership and the management of both general operations and the effective management of change. Six years ago, Stage 3 Limited was established to run a group of six stores under the (then) Shell brand of service stations which later became the fully New Zealand-owned and -operated Z Energy Brand. As director of the business, Ms. Allan oversees the day-to-day operations including financial management, recruiting and employee training. She also leads a staff of 46, including a senior leadership team of nine outstanding individuals who are engaged in the future development and success of the business.
Ms. Allan's commitment has made Stage 3 Limited a success. In recognition of her achievements, she was recently inducted into Worldwide Branding. Looking forward, she aims to continue to provide ongoing education, qualifications and experience to her staff, which will provide the foundation for the continued growth of her business.
Stage 3 is charitably active in the local community, assisting individuals and groups to raise funds to support their unique and important work.
