She has 30 years of professional experience in the transportation industry including various executive positions in technology services at Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway. Ms. Keim, a licensed Realtor, earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Baker University in 1993. She has also completed industry-related training programs in leadership, management, computer science, strategic planning, project management, human resources, organizational staffing and outsourcing. She recently completed a certification from the Graduate Realtor Institute, and is affiliated with the Amelia Island-Nassau County Association of Realtors and is a member of the Board of Directors, the Florida Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
