Coldwell Banker Real Estate, Jasinsky & Associates has been serving Amelia Island and adjacent areas since 1980. Ms. Keim excels in commercial and residential real estate exchange, and is responsible for the purchase and sale of luxury homes, waterfront, golf front and gated communities. She has 30 years of professional experience in the transportation industry including various executive positions in technology services at Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway. She became involved in her profession because of her father's inspiration, and attributes her success to dedication, drive for results, following through and genuinely caring about people and their needs.
Ms. Keim, a licensed Realtor, earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Baker University in 1993. She has also completed industry-related training programs in leadership, management, computer science, strategic planning, project management, human resources, organizational staffing and outsourcing. She recently completed a certification from the Graduate Realtor Institute, and is affiliated with the Amelia Island-Nassau County Association of Realtors and is a member of the Board of Directors, the Florida Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. She received the Chairperson of the Year Award from the Amelia Island-Nassau County Association of Realtors. In the future, Ms. Keim hopes to start her own real estate agency.
