Linda Bach to Be Profiled in Exclusive Registry

Linda Bach celebrates 30 years in the nursing field



    TOLEDO, OH, July 07, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ --Linda Bach, RN, CRNAC, has been involved in the healthcare field for over 38 years and is recognized for her expertise and her "hands on" approach to education and consulting. She is currently the president of L. Bach & Associates, LLC. Linda serves on the Association of Philanthropic Homes Association's Regulatory and Healthcare Committee, Ohio Case-Mix Advisory Committee, Ohio Case-Mix Advisory Committee, and Ohio Health Care Association's Council of Nurses, MDS Task Force, and Education committees. She is also a member, and on the faculty of NASPAC (National Association of Sub-acute and Post-acute Care) where she is an instructor for the National Certification Program for Nurse Assessment Coordinators. Linda has also been a Coordinator and an instructor for the Ohio Nurse Aide Training Program.

Linda has distinguished herself as an excellent and energetic facilitator on such topics as team building, the RAI process, (MDS, RAPs), care planning, Medicare's Prospective Payment System, (34, 44 and 53 Groups), Medicaid's Case-Mix reimbursement methodology in several states, supportive documentation, nursing rehabilitation/restorative programs, and other long term care regulatory and reimbursement issues. Linda has provided education and workshops specific to Resource Utilization Group methodology for Medicare P.P.S., and case-mix reimbursement. She also has experience working with individual nursing facilities, hospital-based skilled units, and rehabilitation providers in Ohio, Michigan, Texas, Virginia, Indiana, New York and throughout the United States. Linda specializes in providing full spectrum clinical services that are tailored to meet the unique needs of each long-term care provider. Her consistent results stem from her commitment to establish positive relationships and open communication at all levels.
