GOSHEN, NY, November 23, 2008 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Linda G. Dworetzky, Retired Family and Consumer Science Teacher and Administrator, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of higher education.
With a career in education that spanned 35 years, Ms. Dworetzky specializes in teaching Family and Consumer Science and was responsible for helping children and adults find the best solutions to their problems. She always wanted to be a role model for others and was inspired by her sister to become involved in teaching. Ms. Dworetzky attributes her success to her hard work, dedication, persistence and self-confidence.
After retiring, Ms. Dworetzky received her Master of Arts from SUNY New Paltz in 1993, where she was on the honor roll. She is a member of the Family & Consumer Sciences Education Association and the Friendly Visitors, the Eating Disorders Coalition and Parenting Coalition International, Inc. She was invited to attain the position of Superintendent of Schools and intends to attain a position as an Administrator some day.
