    MUNCIE, IN, November 12, 2008 /Cambridge Who's Who/ -- Linda J. Swartz Ritchie, OARSP/Technology Transfer Secretary for the Office of Academic Research and Sponsored Programs of Ball State University, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of her career.

Ms. Ritchie has 28 years of professional experience that includes 16 years in her current position. Her responsibilities include managing sales, patents and copyrights, performing secretarial duties, accounting, and assisting faculty, staff and students in applying for grants to federal, state and private agencies. Prior to attaining her current position, she worked as a librarian. Ms. Ritchie volunteers for a local church and is a 4-H Alumni.

Office of Academic Research and Sponsored Programs has the pre-award research administration responsibility for Ball State University and is dedicated to offering services to faculty, professional personnel, and students to facilitate funding of research and sponsored projects.
