/Cambridge Who's Who/ -- Lisa Amador DiMento, Classroom Teacher for Aspen Elementary, has been recognized by
Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of primary education.
Ms. DiMento has 12 years of experience in education and eight years of experience as a classroom teacher for Aspen Elementary. She utilizes her expertise in teaching to effectively instruct and tutor students. In addition to her professional duties, Ms. DiMento is Vice President and owner of a small construction company, Mountain Construction, Inc. She and her husband own the company and do business in the Eagle/Vail and Aspen/Snowmass areas. She attributes her success to self-motivation, an independent spirit, and a desire to help make the world a better place on a daily basis.
In 2000, Ms. DiMento received her Master of Education from Adams State College. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts from Regis University. Working in a job share position in the Aspen School district has enabled her to volunteer as a board member for the Aspen Education Foundation, a local fund raising entity for the Aspen Public Schools.
Ms. DiMento was a mentor for the Buddy Program, a local mentor program, for nine years.
