With more than eight years of experience in the legal profession, Ms. Lassoff practices in estate planning, estate administration, and general taxation. She excels in preparing wills and trusts and in handling various estate administration matters, such as probate, preparing death tax returns, transferring and liquidating estate assets and moderating disputes among beneficiaries. In addition, Ms. Lassoff has lectured on estate planning and estate administration issues at Neumann College and stays current with the trends in her profession by networking and writing articles for Tax Strategies magazine.
Ms. Lassoff earned her JD from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law in 2000 and her Master's in Taxation from Temple University in 2001. She graduated magna cum laude from Bryn Mawr College with a Bachelor's Degree in East Asian Studies, with a concentration in Japanese language. She is affiliated with the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the New Jersey Bar Association, the District of Columbia Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Philadelphia Estate Planning Council. She is also a member and the Secretary of LeTip Center City of Philadelphia, a business networking group. She supports such causes as childhood cancer research and the prevention of cruelty to animals. Her goals for the future include expanding her practice, particularly in the areas of estate planning and estate administration in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
