SAULT STE. MARIE, ON, May 29, 2014 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Liniri Enterprises President and Chief Executive Officer, Lisa N. Richter, has been recognized for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in human resources.
After an extensive 12 years of professional success in human resources, Ms. Richter has developed a significant expertise in organizational development and strategic planning. This blend of knowledge and experience made her uniquely qualified to establish her own human resources consultancy, Liniri Enterprises, one year ago. As president and chief executive officer, Ms. Richter oversees all daily business operations and spearheads human resources consulting for her clients.
Prior to starting her own company, Ms. Richter worked as the vice president of human resources at Northern Credit Union. She was responsible for business planning for the human resources department, which included compensation, labor relations, and health and safety, and participated in the strategy of the credit union. Her expertise was in employment law and profitability metrics. She decided to go out on her own in order to take advantage of her knowledge and expertise.
Ms. Richter earned a diploma in human resources at Conestoga College in 2002, as well as a bachelor's degree in science at the University of Guelph in 1999. She also earned professional certification in human resources. Looking back on such a successful career, Ms. Richter cites her ongoing commitment to education as the foundation for her success. In recognition of her achievements, Ms. Richter was named a VIP member of Worldwide Branding in 2013. This special distinction honors individuals who have shown exceptional commitment to achieving personal and professional success. She was also named a TOP Female in her industry, and was chosen to be featured in Pro-Files Magazine. In 2004, Ms. Richter was honored with a Bell Canada Leadership Award. In the coming years, Ms. Richter aims to experience continued success and growth for her new company.
