Ms. Jackson will be sharing her perspectives on designing an effective customer portal, having recently overseen the roll out of a major revision to MRC's litigation management system, WiseFiles2, built on a customized Salesforce cloud-computing platform.
Dreamforce is the annual global gathering of Salesforce users, partners and employees, and is described as the "cloud computing event of the year." An estimated 12,000 attendees will converge on the Moscone Center in San Francisco, November 17-20, 2009 for education and networking opportunities.
Dreamforce speakers and panelists are chosen by a rigorous selection process, and it is a credit to MRC to be invited to participate a little over a year after first beginning Salesforce implementation.
