/24-7PressRelease/ -- LMD Products, LLC today announced the launch of their premier product - Frozen Woofys , an all natural, organic frozen treat for dogs in the Charlotte Metro region. LMD Products is located in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania and Frozen Woofys are produced by hand there. A ribbon cutting and product launch party was held at the Thomas Street Tavern in Charlotte. All proceeds from the Charlotte launch event benefited Project HALO.

At the event, Mike and Linda Drei with LMD Products, LLC announced the top Charlotte canines that were selected for its Winter Marketing Campaign. Linda and Mike Drei, owners of LMD Products, LLC, began developing their natural and organic treat for dogs following the dog food scare in 2007. They became very concerned for the safety of their own dogs and began giving them fresh fruit as a treat. When they combined the fresh fruit with the ice cubes their dogs loved, Frozen Woofys was born. Frozen Woofys are packaged in biodegradable/corn plastic containers. The corn plastic containers contain no petroleum products and all residual wasted bio-composts into the environment.
The initial flavors of Frozen Woofys will be Barkin Berry and Banana Rama Ding Dog. More flavors will be added over time.
"Like most dog owners, we want to make sure our dogs are getting the best and healthiest products available," said Linda Drei of LMD Products, "now, not only are we sure of that, we can share it with others regions in the northeast."
