Local Business Group Hosts Networking Event to Collect Thanksgiving Food Items for Poor Families

    WESTCHESTER COUNTY, NY, October 31, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- The holidays are approaching and one local business organization is ready to step up and help support families in need this Thanksgiving holiday.

Westchester Networking for Professionals, a business organization located in Westchester County, NY, is excited to announce that they will be hosting a business networking event to help collect Thanksgiving non perishable food items on Tuesday, November 17, 2015 at Dave & Buster's in Pelham, NY from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm.

Donations will support the mission of Lifting Up Westchester, a local non-profit organization that assist individuals and families struggling to overcome challenges of poverty, homelessness, hunger, health and education.

This event will feature complimentary appetizers, raffle prize giveaways and an opportunity for business professionals to mix, mingle and network with like-minded individuals with a chance to build new business relationships to form alliances, gain referrals or just become good friends.

Non perishable Thanksgiving food items will be collected at the event. A list of non perishable food items to donate can be found on the event registration page. Monetary donations are welcomed.

This event is free for VIP Members with RSVP; advance tickets costs $10.00 for Non VIP Members. Door registrations will be accepted at event in the amount of $20.00 for Non VIP Members and guests.
