Patrons and fans of The Hawley Arms will be able to catch up on news and events as well as contribute to a dedicated Hawley Arms Blog. Friends of the pub can also join the Hawley Arms Fan Club Facebook group (already 800 strong) or visit the The Hawley Arms MySpace page.
The Hawley Arms has recently re-opened after it was badly damaged in the Camden fires in Febuary 2008 which also gutted up to 300 shops, stalls and other businesses.
Ruth Mottram, Landlady at The Hawley Arms commented,
"To celebrate the reopening of The Hawley Arms we are giving ourselves an online home. We want to ensure our regulars can keep up with newsand events when they're not in the pub. Netstep have some excellent ideas on what we're going to do online - we can't wait to get it all launched".
Ricahrd Pratt, Account Director at Netstep said,
"As well as the new site, we are talking to The Hawley Arms about further activity including an online pub quiz and a members area. This is an excellent project for Netstep and it's definitely a lot of fun exploring all the possibilities. However I feel that I may have to conduct far more site visits to get everything just right !".
Netstep is also set to create a site for The Hawley Arms sister pub and gig venue The Wilmington Arms.
