After many taste tests, the final formula was introduced in April 2006. She describes the new libation as" The Brew With a Buzz!" - a tall coffee cocktail with a hint of chocolate and a deep, satisfying java flavor. Drawing comments such as "deliciously decadent" to "a sweet swirl of coffee heaven," the distinct drink combines four dark spirits and fresh coffee over ice to elicit a strong coffee appearance. The hotel's mixologist, Marianne Patti, created the secret recipe with inspiration from her patrons - and the surge of requests for coffee-based drinks.
