With more than 24 years of professional experience, Ms. Greco specializes in restorative justice and community-focused court planning. She is primarily responsible for grant writing, fundraising, offering online conferencing to resolve problems and managing community relationships. A recipient of various awards, including the Bravo Award in 2001, she became involved in her profession because she was always interested in the judicial system and wanted to help people.

A trainer for the National Institute of Corrections, Ms. Greco considers designing and implementing Denver's first community court to be her greatest professional accomplishment and attributes her success to her ability to engage and integrate disenfranchised community members. She stays current with the trends in her profession by attending seminars and training programs, networking, surfing the Internet and reading industry-related publications. Ms. Greco feels that victims, offenders and community members should be directly involved in the resolution of cases before the judicial system and feels this is one of the most important issues facing her profession today.

Ms. Greco received her Master of Social Work from Rutgers University in 1997 and is affiliated with the National Institute of Corrections as a trainer in restorative justice and has presented innovative concepts in judicial reform and improvement to groups including the National Conference of State Legislatures, the Colorado Municipal Judges Association and the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention. She considers her greatest contribution to society to be the creation of Denver Community Court and what was ultimately learned from the many successes and its eventual failure in the community it was designed to serve. Ms. Greco hopes to start an online restorative justice based conferencing program as a new and innovative approach to dispute resolution that will support victims, offenders and community members in the resolution of offenses.
