/Cambridge Who's Who/ -- Lorna E. Wessinger, Piano Teacher, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in musical instruction.
With 40 years of experience as a piano teacher, Ms. Wessinger is responsible for teaching piano lessons to all ages and levels of proficiency and counseling. A piano player and teacher for most of her life, she has performed but prefers applying things she has learned to help students achieve their own potential. She studied with Gizi Czanto at the Detroit Conservatory of Music. Ms. Wessinger plays for her church and accompanies students on the piano at various events. She previously taught commercial education at Cody High School for four years and helped her husband reestablish his own piano playing. She attributes her success to her hard work and caring nature.
Ms. Wessinger received her master of science in commercial education from Wayne State University and earned her teaching credentials at the Detroit Conservatory of Music.
