/24-7PressRelease/ - LOS ANGELES, CA, June 19, 2007 - Los Angeles DUI Attorney, Kenton Koszdin, a Premium Member of DUI Defenders concluded a dui jury trial. Koszdin who tried the case in the same exact forum where Paris Hilton was sentenced obtained a favorable verdict to his client.
The jury deliberated for two days and was hung on whether the client drove under influence.
Koszdin's client (name withheld for confidentiality) was arrested and charged with dui with blood alcohol level of .09. The Los Angeles District Attorney offered a wet reckless, the same offer made to Paris Hilton and accepted by Hilton. The case was tried in the Superior Court at Metro division.
