BREMEN, GA, October 09, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Mill Town Music Hall is excited to have Georgia funk rock band, Mother's Finest bring their blend of funky rhythms, heavy rock guitars and expressive soul/R&B-style vocals to the venue on Saturday, Nov. 19 at 7:30 pm EST. Opening the concert will be rock, country and Americana artist, Paris Luna. Mill Town Music Hall focuses on wholesome, family-friendly music and events and is located conveniently off I-20 in Bremen (1031 Alabama Avenue).

Mother's Finest was founded in Atlanta when vocal duo Joyce "Baby Jean" Kennedy and Glenn "Doc" Murdock paired up with guitarist Gary "Moses Mo" Moore and bassist Jerry "Wyzard" Seay. In 1972, they released their self-titled debut album and followed by releasing multiple top hit songs throughout the 70's, like Baby Love, Love Changes and Piece of the Rock. In the late 1970's, the band produced three albums in a row that reached Gold status. They went on to become one of the most popular opening acts in rock, opening for headliners such as Aerosmith and AC/DC. After pursuing solo careers in the 1980's, the band re-formed in 1989 and produced Looks Could Kill. Since then they have released several albums, including their 2015, Goody 2 Shoes & The Filthy Beasts.
