The new, interactive ritual is stirring up happy hour daily at the Renaissance Hotel near LAX. With the new Cocktail Culture, guests can roll the blocks to create the daily signature cocktail. Built with the freshest ingredients, the Renaissance cocktail blocks represent the five building blocks of the perfect cocktail: glassware, method of preparation, fresh ingredients, spirits and flavor profile. Five blocks with six elements each, make for 7,776 potential cocktail combinations.
