It's the latest entry in the "Ace" (Carolla) Podcasting Network's line-up and people are starting to pay attention with the first weekly show officially released on iTunes. Adam Carolla, as the Podcasting sensation, has earned legendary ranks for his efforts and successes in the Podcasting arena, but it's his wife Lynette who is now getting the attention. Co-hosting a new Podcast titled "For Crying Out Loud" with Stephanie Wilder Taylor, it's the ears of the female crowd that are perking up to have a listen.
With an open format, allowing for discussion on a wide array of topics, and the availability of free speech on iTunes; the girls are lining up guests and topics to appeal to the wives and girlfriends of the men who tune in to the Adam Carolla Podcast.
Being Adam Carolla's better half, Lynette has been the topic of many of Adam's rants on-air when he talks about the daily elements of his married life, but it's a rare occasion on his Podcast when Lynette has the opportunity for a rebuttal. In the first episode of the series, Lynette tells her story of the 9th Wedding Anniversary Blues that Adam discussed just a week ago on his Podcast. As the show pushed forward, the girls talked openly about topics involving communication in relationships, being a mom and being married in a modern world.
Referencing Bill Burr's stand-up comic rants taunting Motherhood as being the hardest job in the world, the girls admit that while it has it's moments, they don't have it so bad. Who can disagree? But what's better is - who can't enjoy a laugh at their perspective on the events that rattle them in their daily lives. With down to earth talk in a language just about anyone can understand, the girls set their ship in motion with a fantastic effort to launch their new series, "For Crying Out Loud".
