In her current role as the director of home-based aged care government services across metropolitan Adelaide, she is responsible for managing 600 staff members and eight community service sites, providing leadership and strategic advice to ensure efficiency and quality in service development and delivery.

She utilizes her expertise in community engagement, negotiation and contract management to maximise benefits for clients and staff. Having held leadership roles in health, multicultural, family and community service areas Lynette is passionate about high levels of quality in service provision.

Lynette has a strong commitment to practical workable solutions with knowledge of policy development, community funding models and a sound track record in collaboration and relationship building.
Among her credentials, Ms. Pugh holds a master's degree in public sector management and a bachelor's degree in social work, and she has a nursing certification designating her as a registered nurse.
