    NEW YORK, NY, December 23, 2008 /Cambridge Who's Who/ -- Lynrose Anderson, New York State Licensed Funeral Director, currently enrolled in the forensic science program at John Jay College of Criminal Justice, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of funeral services.

With an impressive background that spans 31 years of professional experience, Ms. Anderson's expertise lies in mortuary science and laboratory technology in hematology. As the funeral director, she is responsible for preparing the deceased's remains, performing a ceremony that honors the deceased and addresses the spiritual needs of the family and carrying out final disposition of the deceased. She feels especially gratified when she is able to be a source of strength and comfort for families in their time of sorrow. Determination, being goal-oriented and the support she receives from her family are what she considers to be the keys to her success.

Ms. Anderson is currently pursuing a degree in forensic science from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. She completed a degree program in mortuary science at the American Academy McAllister Institute of Funeral Service and received her Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology at the Manhattan Medical Assistance School. She is a licensed notary public and a licensed hematologist by the New York State Department of Health.
