M3 NetworX is seeking an equity investment of $5 and $10 million to continue development of the company's industry-leading delivery and interface technology platforms; initiate broader media acquisition; expand sales and marketing efforts; and develop an appropriate level of corporate infrastructure.
M3 NetworX was founded in April 2007 by several advertising and marketing industry executives with more than 25 years of combined consumer based marketing experience.
