A New York City native, Flach has earned a BFA & PhD. He spent his early photographic years studying with Ansel Adams and Yousuf Karsh in Yosemite, California and more recently with Mary Ellen Mark. He has produced several short films that have been screened at international film festivals and on PBS thanks to support from the National Endowment for the Arts. "Madeleine Castaing" is his first documentary project covered in the New York Times, by Wendy Moonan - will premiere on 26 March in New York City at the New York School of Interior Design. Christopher has appeared in C magazine, Paper city Magazine, House Beautiful, San Francisco Magazine, SFMOMA, Elle Decor Magazine, Traditional Home, and House & Garden Magazine.
