Over the course of the past seven years, in his role as chief executive officer, he has overseen the daily operations of the business, including strategic development. Throughout the course of his notable career, he has honed his expertise in business strategy, consulting, product and services design.

Mr. Penumathsa co-founded Collabor in 2007, where he set up the India GDC for product development and implementation. They have supported over 60 businesses, from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies in their social, mobile, product and application strategies. In 2014, the company was rebranded, taking on the name Neobric.

A shining example of excellence in his field, Mr. Penumathsa stands out due to his prior industry experiences and his educational background, which includes a master's degree in management and finance, as well as a bachelor's degree in communications and accounting.
