Brandt has shown impressive proficiency as Managing Director of A.D. Ryans Bar and Restaurant for the past 8 years. She has 31 years of valuable experience in total, within the functions of organizing business, handling finances and as Head Chef.

A.D. Ryans was originally built in the last 1800's and was a butcher shop until the early 1990's when it was converted into a restaurant. There is a fair share of nostalgia in the establishment as the original meat stores are still intact on the basement level. They also house two open fireplaces that provide it with a comfortable home atmosphere.

The distinguished eatery is also a venue for live music. Additionally, they are the host to special occasions including Weddings, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Corporate Functions and Christmas Parties.

Brandt enjoys reading and gardening in her spare time as well as doing volunteer work for charity.
