    BROOKLYN, NY, January 13, 2009 /Cambridge Who's Who/ -- Dr. Manfred L. Ramos, Resident Physician at Lutheran Medical Center, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of medicine.

Dr. Ramos specializes in family medicine. He is currently pursuing his residency at the Lutheran Medical Center. He received his medical degree in 1989 and his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry in 1984 from the University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines. In 2007, he received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Ramos is a member of the American Osteopathic Association and the New York Osteopathic Medical Society. He previously served as a clinical research physician and a sub-investigator at the clinical pharmacology program at St. Luke's/Roosevelt Hospital Center prior to becoming a family medicine resident. He attributes his success to his hard work and aspires to continue practicing family medicine.
