Margaret A. Jones has 25 years of experience in mortgage management as a resolutions assistance contractor and an FHA DE underwriter, working in due diligence, underwriting and project management. She became involved in her profession because she found asset servicing to be a challenging and rewarding field. As an asset servicing professional for MMC Inc., she utilizes her expertise in mortgage lending and underwriting to provide a range of financial services. She works with failed banks, oversees bank assets, sends documents, monitors insurance and property taxes, and conducts mortgage investigations. A certain accomplishment in her career was helping a bank under a C and D order bank move their processor and underwriters to a better understanding of the secondary market. In the future, Ms. Jones intends to apply her talents to her own consultancy.

Ms. Jones, who attributes her success to a strong personal drive, received a bachelor of science in 1970 from The University of Tampa.
