Margaret Berenyi Recognized by Worldwide Who's Who as a Professional of the Year for Excellence in Government Administration

    Eight Mile Plains, Australia, December 14, 2012 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Margaret Berenyi, a general manager for Queensland Shared Services for The State of Queensland, has been named a Worldwide Who's Who Professional of the Year in Government Administration. While inclusion in the Worldwide Who's Who Registry is an honor, only a small selection of members in each discipline are chosen for this distinction. These special honorees are distinguished based on their professional accomplishments, academic achievements, leadership abilities, years of service, and the credentials they have provided in association with their Worldwide Who's Who membership.

Ms. Berenyi has served as a senior executive within the Queensland government for more than 20 years. She became involved in her profession through her educational background in technology. With expertise utilizing information technology processes, she is responsible for the government management of shared service administration covering finance and payroll services. Previous roles saw her being responsible for the government management of survey and mapping administration including the proper registering of land titles.

Ms. Berenyi received a master's degree in administration and a master's degree in technology management from Griffith University. She is a member of the Institute of Management and a life fellow of the Surveyors and Spatial Information Institute.
