In addition to overseeing the daily operations of Fitzgerald's Motel, she is responsible for interacting with patrons, managing finances, arranging schedules, overseeing staff, and ensuring quality services. For 60 years, Fitzgerald's Motel has been setting the standard in hospitality services. Fairly new to the establishment, Ms. Gewont is exceedingly proud of the motel's fine reputation as well as her ability to provide top-notch customer service. The unique architecture and old-fashioned ambiance of the motel draws guests year round, especially throughout the summer and fall. Fitzgerald's Motel promotes a "yes we can" attitude and friendly service that ensures that patrons will feel at home during their stay.

A teacher, administrator and business woman, Ms. Gewont dreamed about running her own business. Having emigrated from Poland, she made many sacrifices in order to achieve success and a better life for her family. The unwavering support she's received from her mentors and family is the driving force behind her success. Ms. Gewont is pursuing her Doctoral Degree at Kennedy Western University. She received a Master's Degree in Leadership Education from Northern University and a Master of Science degree from Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland.
