Prior to joining the firm, she honed her skills as a legal assistant for one year. She attributes her success to her mentor.

Ms. Czora completed training in Paralegal Studies at Bryant and Stratton College, which honored her with the Outstanding Achievement Award in Paralegal Studies. She is formerly a member of the Western New York Paralegal Association. Her plans for the future include pursuing her Bachelor's Degree.
