Ms. Winter has more than 45 years of professional experience. Her diverse areas of expertise include teaching third and fourth grade elementary students, selling residential properties, arranging tour packages, developing and organizing tours, and ensuring quality accommodation services and customer satisfaction. Prior to joining Royale Tours, Ms. Winter worked with The Destination Managers, Hello Arizona, Super Shuttle and other destination management companies. She started teaching in Europe in 1963. She was teaching at an air force base and later received her travel guide designation from the American School of International Tour Directing in 1999. A certified tourism ambassador, Ms. Winter attributes her success to her experience, communication skills and her love for her profession.
