"Furthermore, as the world witnessed the unrest in Libya, thousands of Chinese nationals were rescued by Greek seamen in difficult times. So, in a simple way, we hope more people will walk away with a renewed vigor of saving lives at sea", Mooney added.

World Maritime Rescue Congress 2011 - World Maritime Rescue Congress, is now held every four years and has become the primary international summit of the world's maritime safety and rescue community, united through the International Maritime Rescue Federation (IMRF).
