Mark Hoog, acclaimed children's author, is celebrating The Be Positive Do Something Positive Day in Wilkes-Barre PA on March 1, 2008, according to Harold Cameron, Chief of Helping People, of HaroldSays.
Mark Hoog, children's author and motivational speaker, will be participating in the international kick off of The Be Positive Do Something Positive Day events to be held in Wilkes-Barre PA on March 1, 2008.

    /24-7PressRelease/ - SCRANTON, PA, January 31, 2008 - HaroldSays is pleased to announce that Mark Hoog, nationally acclaimed children's author and highly regarded motivational speaker, will be appearing in Wilkes-Barre PA at the Be Positive Do Something Positive Day celebration in Wilkes-Barre PA on March 1, 2008. Mark will be appearing at the Barnes&Noble Wilkes-Kings College Bookstore, downtown Wilkes-Barre at 11 AM to meet with the children who attend the "positive book" children's reading as well as to sign books.

Mark is the author of three books, Your Song; which is the book that will be read at the children's book reading at the Barnes&Noble Wilkes-Kings College Bookstore on the 1st; Dream Machine; his book that was endorsed by President Bill Clinton, and Letters from KATRINA; a tabletop book of "stories of hope and inspiration." as shared in letters to and from children about the experiences and thoughts of children concerning Hurricane Katrina. One hundred percent of the profits from the sales of Letters from KATRINA are donated to the Katrina Endowment for youth scholarships. Other individuals who have endorsed Mark's book series includes former Secretary of Education Richard Riley, motivational speaker W. Mitchell, and success coach Brian Tracy.

Mark will also be speaking at the Be Positive Day rally at the Genetti Best Western Hotel and Conference Center, downtown Wilkes-Barre at 1 PM. The rally is free and is open to the general public. As a motivational speaker, Mark speaks to thousands of people all across our country each year. Mark has spoken at events for the Hewlett Packard Corporation, at corporate and business events for various Chambers' of Commerce, at the University of Colorado, as well as at other colleges and universities and public and private schools nationwide. As a speaker Mark will make you laugh, he might make you cry; however, most importantly he will make you think.
