The firm then travelled to Atlantic City with a handful of their most promising representatives on the 10th April to attend an important leadership event held at the Borgata Hotel. This event provided the firm with the valuable opportunity to meet with other young leaders and share their experiences of the industry so far. With markets varying so much from state to state, these events allow new leaders to get a taste of how the industry operates within different territories and the different techniques that are used.
Lastly, the firm travelled to Philadelphia on the 12th April for the final leadership event on the week at the Hilton Hotel. After heading of the wide range of approaches and techniques used within the industry during the previous events, The Philadelphia seminar offered the firm the opportunities to bounce ideas off of the other attendees and for their new leaders to build up their confidence in all areas of leadership and business development.
