A member of the Japan Nailist Association, Ms. Flores and her company, Mich & Myl Nails, have been recognized for outstanding work in the field on many occasions. Since 2014, Ms. Flores has been celebrated personally for her entrepreneurial work, receiving six awards in three years through the Golden Globe Annual Awards, the National Customers Choice Annual Awards, the Global Awards for Outstanding Executives, and the Philippine Social Media Star Achiever Awards.
