Ms. Milks' company offers both interior/exterior, as well as commercial and residential painting. She is responsible for operations management, and also offers color and faux finish consulting.

As a former Executive Director in the non-profit sector, Ms. Milks has proficiency in grant writing and development, which she continues to use as an Executive Board Member and Past President of the Fairfax-San Anselmo Children's Center, and in her association with Carpenters without Borders.

Marte attributes her successes to her listening skills and her ability to understand her clients' needs and work within their budgets. She stays current with the trends in her profession by attending conferences, workshops and networking within the community.

Ms. Milks has completed coursework in law at Golden Gate University School of Law, San Francisco, and earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Michigan State University. She is affiliated with the Chamber of Commerce, The Sierra Club, The Painting & Decorating Contractors' Association, and the San Francisco Bay Better Business Bureau, to name a few.
