Martin Currams Recognized by Worldwide Who's Who for Excellence in Human Resources

    TRAMORE, COUNTY WATERFORD, IRELAND, June 26, 2012 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Martin Currams, Managing Director of Alpha Group Human Resources Consulting, has been recognized by Worldwide Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in human resources.

As a Managing Director of Alpha Group Human Resources Consulting, Mr. Currams has 15 years of experience improving processes for companies and eliminating extraneous costs. He also implements changes to reduce existing costs that cannot be eliminated entirely. Mr. Currams has written a series of press articles on B/H/SH, mentored many successful professionals and defended individuals in third-party arenas. He taught business studies for adults, which took him to a master's degree program where he proofread many projects. He was also involved with the International Skills Olympics, which took him to management development where he worked on process improvement, and was then led to the Black Belt Program to acquire a methodology. He believes that the Lean Sigma methodology and Human Sigma are the strongest tools in the CEO's kit for process and transaction improvements. He attributes his success to the fact that the facilitation of learning and knowledge transfer is one of his primary drivers.

Mr. Currams received a master's degree in change leadership from Sheffield Hallam University in 1998. He has received Lean Six Sigma training and is a fellow of CIPD/IITD. In addition, he was named a Kentucky Colonel by the Commonwealth of Kentucky. In years to come, Mr. Currams intends to continue to make a difference in his field, and write a few books.
