Ms. Dancer brings 35 years of professional experience to Research Technology Management, a research firm specializing in clinical trials for medical devices for small businesses. An expert in science and technology management training, she is responsible for managing clinical trials of products for medical device companies and overseeing the technical and medical facets of the company. Mary began her career in healthcare in 1973 and played an important role in getting the artificial heart approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration. She also previously worked as a clinical trials coordinator for the University of Arizona. She attributes her success to her hard work, tenacity, and persistence.
Ms. Dancer earned her MBA from the University of Phoenix in 1999 and her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Arizona in 1994. In her spare time, she volunteers with the Alzheimer's Association and the American Heart Association. Ms. Dancer hopes to share her vision with other women to empower them in the business in the future.
